AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. It is true and I have ALL photo evidence of the job you did. Also video evidence of you saying you took photos as that’s what you do when you’ve finished a job. You never asked for any money and you only spoke to my partner on the stairs. We were in the living room when you left. Plus why would I pay you on the first day when as you said it was a 4 day job but it was supposed to be a 2/3 day job. You’ve done hundreds of pounds worth of damage.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
