I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. Prompt start every day and 4 or 5 people working at any one time to get the work done swiftly during a spell of fine weather . Appalling. We arranged for him to start stairs and landing bedroom and other gloss painting. We were given a date with 4 week wait. During this time stripped walls moved bedroom furniture and removed carpets. He advised where to get wallpaper etc and was contactable till a week before start date when I was ringing mobile and texting for how many rolls of paper to get. NO RESPONSE TO LOTS OF MESSAGES AND TEXTS. HE DID RESPOND. HE HAS NO WEBSITE OR PREMISES. BEWARE GO TO RELIABLE DECORATOR.
