PT is a hassle free, professional builder to work with who turns up when they say they will and gets on with the work. People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . Extras are made clear and indicative costs given before work starts instead of unexpected costs appearing on the bill PT is not the cheapest builder you will find but you get what you pay for and what you get is a great quality build with minimum stress and fuss and that is worth its weight in gold ! I would recommend Andy to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and skilled builder. Throughout our project Andy went out of his way to minimise the mess, put up with our kids and accomodate any changes in the work that we threw at him. The finshed work was impeccable, even his plastering was better than most plasterers I've hired in the past. I would not hesitate in using Andy again for future projects and although I'm tempted to give him one star to make sure he doesn't get too busy, he definitely earned all five.
