Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

Very happy with all the work Tony has done. I've ended up keeping Tony on site to undertake lots more work, including removing walls, plastering, repairing intricate cornice and he's been arranging other trades for me; re-wire, joinery.... the list goes on... very happy with all Tony's contacts.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

I recently had all three of my bathrooms renovated by Sydney, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Paul was brilliant, he came out the next day and did an amazing amount of work In one day at a very hight standard and was all done for a competative price! He didnt stop for a break, was very friendly and polite will definatly recomend him to friends and my Husband is a builder and will also be keeping him in mind for any plastering jobs that he cannot do him self. Highly recomended. I think this website is a fantasic idea aswell.

I wanted asbestos guttering & down pipe replaced front & back of house & also requested a water butt be supplied & fitted - the water butt & stand was supplied free so that was a bonus ! Very pleased with the work carried out , ended up having guttering fitted to my brick shed & down pipe to connect to water butt which was a better position as advised by father & son & I totally agreed - & the water butt is filling up nicely after today's rain :) I would certainly use this firm again .
