Hi, I am Daniel Delahunty. I am 35 and have been in the trades for 19 years now. I Qualified as a carpenter in 2003 with and NVQ level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery. I later passed my Tiling & slating roofing NVQ level 2, I found the two trades go very much hand in hand. I have worked very closely with private clients, builders and developers in past years. They performed such a great job of the detached garage project we then without hesitation had them build an extension to our house (on going project). We cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship and work ethic to date. Here, they typically start before 07:30 and when needed on weekends always putting in a full days work. Matt was the only tradesman to reply (thought it said at least 3 people would ! As it happens it was fine . He came and looked at the job when he said he would and kept me well informed on emails. He and his son did an excellent job with new kitchen work tops and tiling the the kitchen .All on time very clean and neat and done with a smile we would recommend him and would use him again !

We are due to have our hall, stairs and landing done next and looking forward to bringing that up to the standard of the other rooms done by them. Work done to high quality
Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
