A small friendly local builder that has undertaken many projects from bathrooms and kitchens through extensions, timber frame and new builds. Total projects can be undertaken from start to finish with local tradesmen.
Matt gave a sensible quote, stuck to it, worked hard and delivered a very pleasing result to both projects. Very happy with the two sheds he built. Nice bloke as well. Would defo use again.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Came out short notice. Managed to squeeze me in. Due to short notice of getting room plastered 3 days later. Had 4 double plugs put in. In chrome like I wanted. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again

The most patient craftsman I’ve ever hired. Sydney completed my upstairs and downstairs bathrooms to a flawless standard. He is exceptionally trustworthy and methodical. He was so patient when I changed my mind on the wall panels, and even dismantled a door frame to get the bath in without a second thought. Nothing phases him and his pricing is transparent. We wanted a bespoke solution for a cupboard in our bathroom, which required taking in consideration a very unusually shaped space, and at the same time maximise the storage capabilities.
