Dan did an amazing job installing and removing a washing machine at my second floor flat in Crouch End. He did such an excellent job, provided new fittings for old ones that had perished, single handedly carried the old machine down the stairs?! and completed all works quickly, carefully and for the lowest quote. Calls himself George here but when he arrived he said he was Anthony. Unless he is impersonating someone else! He did the job quickly but then I gave him another job to fit a new wooden gate and a lock on it. Trusted him and paid in advance. never finished the job, or return my calls to complete my job. I eventually left a message. He replied that he was busy somewhere else and would come in 2 days but never showed up.

Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
