Arrived on time. Presented himself clearly and politely . On being shown the job he asked a number of clearly expressed questions and made some measurements. I asked a number of questions which were answered precisely. I accepted his quotation and he began the work immediately. This was a very challenging job which had been has been attempted unsuccessfully on two previous occasions by others. Good job. Bored through wall and fitted external cooker hood extractor fan. Overall very happy. Just two very small criticisms hence dropping a star to 4/5. Internal finish was poor where tube fitted wall - gaffer tape and plastic and not filled/rendered properly. Also car covered in brick dust which could have easily have been moved to avoid had I known or been asked. Nice to work with. Very patient and on time.
