We used P&A to replace some floorboards in my utility room, this was an urgent ask as I live in a first floor flat and my washing machine had leaked into the downstairs flat. P&A offered excellent and efficient service. They quickly answered all questions, very good communication before the work was carried out. Totally incompetent job. He did not remove old flooring so no chance to dry out wooden flooring. Poorly fitted round some of the edges left with messy excess of silicone sealant and some skirting board left un painted. Also exta beads of sealant round worktop edges and sink. I have refused to pay and am looking through checkatrade for some one to correct the job
