Thomas Howie are a company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation kitchens in the north west of England. Our in-house design team have years of experience and have designed some breath-taking kitchens at a fraction of the cost compared to some large national companies, you can take a look here. All of our kitchens are hand built by machined sheets from our factory based in Merseyside, our units are solid 22mm boards which are of a high quality and not like the brittle type you can purchase from well known super stores. Though this wasn't a particularly tricky job Dale was beset by a multitude of issues ranging from multiple failed deliveries to unexpected road closures so it ran over massively. None of it his fault and he kept his cool in frustrating circumstances and still did a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend Dale 100%. So pleased with the end result.

Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Eugen seemed like a nice guy and we trusted him. He was building us a standard single bed over a stair box. He started in July, it is now mid-November and after numerous messages and calls to him, he has finally replied months later, saying he won't be coming. Not only has he left it looking bad and unfinished, he has built it too small so the standard single mattress we have bought won't even fit on. We also paid him most of the total payment. DO NOT pay him until done.

We have purchased a kitchen from Wickes and hired Sandor who had been fitting high end kitchens for a number of years and what a good choice, Sandor quoted a very reasonable price to fit the kitchen and started the job on time, his attention to detail is fantastic and his experience came into play resulting in a better looking and fitting kitchen, We are so pleased with finished kitchen we have invited him back to fit a couple of extra units and we have no problem in recommending Sandor at Red Leaf Ltd.

The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. Jay's values are something that will put him above the rest of any other joiners and will do him well for the future. Jay was also fairly priced and quoted me on jobs opposed to days so that I could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Jay.

We employed Combat DIY to help renovate and decorate an old thatched we bought north of Blandford. We needed a wide variety of jobs doing, decorating , plastering , some woodwork in the bathrooms, tiling. Work was of a very high standard throughout.
