John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. If possible I wouldn’t give him any stars at all. The quality of his work was appalling. The work covered upgrade of the bathroom and replacement of 4-off central heating radiators. Faults included :- - misalignment of bathroom wall panels and shower screen - The shower hot water tap isn’t working - Toilet pan isn’t supported and is leaking - The central heating isn’t working because the new radiators haven’t been balanced - Drawers in the bathroom cabinet have been cut in the wrong place.
