Good job. Bored through wall and fitted external cooker hood extractor fan. Overall very happy. Just two very small criticisms hence dropping a star to 4/5. Internal finish was poor where tube fitted wall - gaffer tape and plastic and not filled/rendered properly. Also car covered in brick dust which could have easily have been moved to avoid had I known or been asked. Nice to work with. Very patient and on time.

We used P&A to replace some floorboards in my utility room, this was an urgent ask as I live in a first floor flat and my washing machine had leaked into the downstairs flat. Totally incompetent job. He did not remove old flooring so no chance to dry out wooden flooring. Poorly fitted round some of the edges left with messy excess of silicone sealant and some skirting board left un painted. Also exta beads of sealant round worktop edges and sink. I have refused to pay and am looking through checkatrade for some one to correct the job
