I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. I cannot fault Wayne's approach to his trade. He quoted the job at a very reasonable rate which I cross-checked and accepted. He also offered to do the job in my absence and didn't insist I paid up front. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Wayne kept me informed of progress and proved to be a reliable, honest and trustworthy bloke. In fact, I was that impressed that I got him to quote for another job; which was also completed to a very high standard.
