I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would. Would highly recommend, professional and reliable.

We are a family run business with over 15 years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbers, electricians, painting/decorators, landscapers and plasterers we have it all. We take great pride in our work and customer care is priority. We do apply an out of hours charge after 6pm, weekends and bank holidays.

If possible I wouldn’t give him any stars at all. The quality of his work was appalling. The work covered upgrade of the bathroom and replacement of 4-off central heating radiators. Faults included :- - misalignment of bathroom wall panels and shower screen - The shower hot water tap isn’t working - Toilet pan isn’t supported and is leaking - The central heating isn’t working because the new radiators haven’t been balanced - Drawers in the bathroom cabinet have been cut in the wrong place.
