I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Quoted on our work, which was accepted and deposit paid. Then four weeks out from the agreed start date, said he'd forgotten to include costs for a full roof replacement (hip to gable extension) so it would be almost £30,000 more than the original price. We could not move forward, and £2,500 of our deposit was not returned to us as steels had already been purchased and cut (but he refused to connect us with the supplier so we could retain these for use in our project).

Ion did a wonderful job on our bathroom. He completely removed the entire existing bathroom back to the joists and rebuilt a beautiful shower room. I found him to be honest, trustworthy, hardworking and reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend him higher.
