Then four weeks out from the agreed start date, said he'd forgotten to include costs for a full roof replacement (hip to gable extension) so it would be almost £30,000 more than the original price. We could not move forward, and £2,500 of our deposit was not returned to us as steels had already been purchased and cut (but he refused to connect us with the supplier so we could retain these for use in our project).

This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5

We wanted a shower regrouting and resealing as it had developed some cracks and was potentially leaking water into the wall. Andrew quoted us quickly and came round to do the work in line with the timings agreed. There were some additional bits around the bathroom that needed doing and these were all sorted and completed on the day. The work was all done with quality materials and to a good finish.
