I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Had couple company’s out to look at garage conversion although I found Scott on Rated People and glad I did Scott and his Team converted garage with ease the quality of work was great I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott and plan to yous his services in future also a pleasure having his Team in the house clean and tidy workers throughout.

I hired Alex he repaired all requested faults and pointed out issues other plumbers failed to sort. He sorted out all the issues causing my current plumbing problems. He was professional friendly and efficient and kept me informed throughout. I would willingly recommend him and will definitely hire him again.

Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

We are a small family run business with 35 years experience in joinery and building. We specialise in domestic refurbishment and improvements , extensions and conversions with a proven track record .
We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.
