Very poor experience. Service fell well below professional standards. Lack of transparency around payments, including upfront requests without invoices and charges for materials not provided. Work was incomplete, rushed, and of poor quality, with multiple defects. Property left messy with damage and waste. Communication and accountability were poor, with no follow-up after payment. Intimidating pressure to pay before issues were resolved. Would not recommend.

We recently had our subfloor replaced and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The carpenter was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the work was carried out to a high standard. The new subfloor is solid, level, and has made a huge difference to the room. I have worked on a unique creation for the Louis Vuitton private museum, La Galleries in Asnieres-Sur-Seine. I created a unique piece for their prestigious display within the museum and that is where it is located to this day. I drew inspiration from the original Damiere Signature and sourced beautiful Oak and Walnut with which he was able to produce this stunning design. I have carried out projects for the Channel 4 Series, Sarah Beenie’s Restoration Nightmare where I installed, repaired, and restored various wooden floors throughout the incredible Rise Hall property in Yorkshire. I went on to work with Sarah again on another Channel 4 programme called Double Your House for Half the Money: Series 3, Episode 4.
