Gareth responded to my job almost as soon as I posted it, and called to carry out the work within 3 days, despite having a busy schedule with other customers. He fitted some hooks in my garage walls and is obviously a perfectionist - he refitted one that he thought was not quite in the right place. I am extremely pleased with the way Nick has dealt with the job that needed doing. He was very prompt in giving me a quote and arranging a date to carry out the work. He also gave me very sound advice on the type of doors that would be suitable and could be purchased at a good price. He did the job quickly and very thoroughly , checking that everything was a perfect fit. He was also careful not to leave any mess behind. Krzysztof started the job as the original plan however, our door supplier (Doorweb) let's us down badly by sending a wrong frame. Krzysztof was very helpful and rearranged the installation. His quality of work and craftsmanship has been excellent. He pays attention to details and the finished product is very good. His quotation was reasonable and it is good value for money. Gareth turned up when he said and on time. Did the best he could with a tricky tiling job due to the type of tiles we chose. On the whole it looks great but wish he spent a bit more time on the job as the cut tiles look messy and the sockets don’t sit well on the tiles. It was a rushed finish and it shows.
