Employed S G Maintenance to re-fit a laminate floor in hallway and kitchen that had been damaged due to a flood. Is a pleasant and well mannered person. Worked very quickly. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. A great job by Lee and the team. I was a bit apprehensive about changing to just a shower only (from bath/shower) but the final result looks great. Lee and the guys were really professional and approachable, happy to accommodate some last minute additions we wanted (spot lights and LED cabinet fitting). I particularly liked Lee's spreadsheet of charges he provided, made it really transparent at each stage of payment so no there are no surprises. Definitely will use LV Construction again.
