We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . We never leave a job until the customer is happy and has approved the finish Job. We aim to please .

These guys were really fab.. communication from Michael (the boss) was excellent and while only small-ish jobs the whole thing from quotation to completion in a week. Chris was great at keeping me updated as the work progressed and so reliable. If he said he’d arrive at 8 that’s when he arrived. Will be using these guys again. Thank you so much guys

Elton and his team did a fantastic job for me, rectifying some unfinished work left by another builder as well as some additional jobs (block-paving, installing a soak-away channel, removing a door and bricking it up). He is knowledgable, highly skilled at what he does, trust-worthy and communicated well throughout. His team worked tirelessly on some gruelling tasks and with perfection. Bogdan and Ben from RP Trades were brilliant. They quoted for a job involving painting walls and adding and painting skirting boards but can do many jobs around the house and garden. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard and until they finished the job and were great at clearing up after the work. They were two very nice, very friendly young men. They did a great job for us and we would certainly recommend them and use them again ourselves.

Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. He was fantastic, it was completed to a very high standard, when any problems came up with the materials provided he was quick to think around the problems and not let it halt the work, we will definitely use him again!
