We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. The work was delivered in a timely way and to a very high standard. The guys were always cleaning up after themselves and always left the site clean and tidy. Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.

Unfortuntely the quality of some of the turf was not ideal. As such, these sections of turf didn't take well, and I've been left with a lawn that isn't quite the way it should be. I reached out to the landscaper to rectify the issue, and I was told to give the lawn time to settle with plenty of watering, and it should start to come good. This was not the case. I then contacteed the landscaper again to come out and rectify the issue, which he said he would do, and then failed to do so.
