No work ethics. Despite clearly explaning the scope of work, did only about half the work and claimed they are done and left. In the evening, on my own I made a contact to pay them partial amount for what they put effort towards. Wouldn't reccomend to anyone.

I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.

This was a small job and i didn't know if anyone would be interested. However, John got in touch and turned up on time. He had a look at what needed to be done and gave me a quote. I considered this to be acceptable. He then started work and had the job finished in just over an hour. I had them replace a 3 panel fence and install a new 2 panel fence. They were quick to attend, and quick to provide a quote, which was by close of play that day. Got some good advice on my requirements and seemed happy to discuss options and different ways of achieving the same end. Was able to be on site within 2 days and most importantly, turned up on time. No messing around, we agreed 8am and they were here at that time. They were swift and efficient. I recommend.

I hired Lorring Group Ltd to install an aluminum garden gate and paid a 50% deposit upfront as per their invoice . Unfortunately, the work was never carried out, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution or refund for the deposit. The lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver the service agreed upon, but instead, I have been left out of pocket. I cannot recommend this company.
