Very courteous. Arrived at 8am each day but did not start work until 9am in deference to us and the neighbours. Took down a huge tree with no fuss or bother, and tidied up afterwards. Were all polite and respectfu? when asking for water etc. Worked so hard, and so quickly. Excellent.

Daniel was on time, polite and completed painting the front of our house within a tight timeframe! I understand his company also provides other general home improvement services which we will explore in the future. Definitely recommend. Really love the new colour!

Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Plus, they dealt with difficult set-backs - some damage to the fencing - with remarkable aplomb and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Bathroom has been completed to an excellent standard and we will be using Jason again for other projects and would recommend Jason to others. All work carried out looks great, nothing was too much trouble. Reliable, Trustworthy and pleasant to have in the house, tidy work and excellent finish.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. He was always on time, did an excellent job and we would definitely use him again, in fact we are going to use him again. We cannot recommend him highly enough, even the other individuals he brought with him on the job were good professionals. We used J D property maintenance to put in a block paved driveway. They were extremely efficient, good value and very reliable, all of these factors have led to it being an excellent job very well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Alan listened to our ideas, really understood what we wanted and went that extra mile to help us design a special garden. Alan's work was carried out to a high standard and we are really pleased with our new modern patio, raised flower beds, pathway and lawn area. I hope to use Alan again.

Quick response, excellent value and task completion

Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
