Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

Waited another week, I asked to be refunded for unfinished work; he refused, I Kept his tools until refunded. He threatened to destroy my garden. I returned tools but no refund given. Poor-quality work. Didn't use whacker to level ground; it was very uneven. Had to remove grass to have it relayed correctly.

RECOMMENDED did complete roof including trusses - 3 floors up an extremely awkward design, removed a large, disused 4 port chimney, replaced the fascia boards and secured the gutters / downpipes. His price was not the cheapest - but it was a comprehensive - no down payment. I had confidence that he would do a thorough job - and he did! He was very communicative, sent daily progress images, videos, video calls. His team cracked on quickly and did a really fantastic job. I'm a professional property developer.
