My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. Rubbertech is a family run business which specialises in flat roofs. And waterproofing them with firestone EPDM Rubber membrane. Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I have public liability insurance upto 1 million pounds from mmac and if you want the policy number please ask and I will be happy to provide it

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

As a disabled pensioner I was unable to keep up the maintenance on my garden which was overgrown. Was very impressed with Albert, he was friendly and reliable, and did a good job including cutting back and removing some shrubs and taking away the waste. The garden looks much tidier and easier to manage now.

Arrival roofing turned up and explained what needed doing to my roof . I was shown photographs of previous work carried out by them . We hired arrival roofing to do the work they turned up on time and did the work as explained and when finished left the place clean and tidy .
