Excellent descriptive estimate with photographs. Turned up on time to carry out work, as agreed. Job completed within timeframe agreed and photographs provided showing work as it progressed and when completed. All mess removed and site left clean and tidy. End product looks ok and I just wait a downpour of rain to be absolutely certain it won't leak but I am pretty confident it won't and it's covered by a good, insurance backed, guarantee. James, was polite and professional. He checked our main roof both back and front. Whilst the main issue was with the roof at the front of the house. He explained what and where the issues were. The quote he gave was reasonable for a complete roof replacement. James and his crew worked flatout to strip down and replace tiles, felt, battons and insulation of a two story Terrenced house over a two day period including cleanup. Great job i would consider using them again.
