Artan responded quickly, came to price the job and gave a quote promptly. Once accepted he gave us a quick start date. He arrived when he said he would, and carried out the work thoroughly and professionally. He included items that we only became aware of after he started, not a problem. Contractors were due at 9.30 in the morning and did not turn up until 2 in the afternoon and finished 10 past 9 in the evening. Had to keep phoning to find out what was happening. Half way through doing it I was surprised to be told that my floor wasn’t level enough for this kind of flooring despite the fact he had seen the floor previously to give me the quote and advised me on the most appe flooring. The surface now looks quite bumpy.. some of the work was also a bit untidy. Would not use again.
