I started Glazing and Locks as a window, door and conservatory repair business around 2011 in response to the amount of glazing companies that had gone out of business leaving their customers with no guarantees. The business has now moved on through demand and today we provide a full repair and home improvement service from changing a window handle right through to a full house refurbishment. Glen was on time and and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the problem was with my door handles and showed me the failed springs. He explained how the locking mechanism worked so that I fully understood the problem. Although he didn't have any black handles with him, he did have some white ones and I was happy with those so he did the job there and then to save a return visit. He also adjusted both the front an back doors for me. Very pleased.
