This ended up a much bigger job as I went on to hire Dave and his team for the complete house renovation. This included new paving and drainage all round the house, new kitchen, bathroom, floors, doors, additional electric sockets and spotlights and much more. Dave, Stevie, Ian and the rest of their team completed all these jobs to a very high standard and were pleasant and great to work with throughout. My son is now very happy :-) I happily recommend DT Contracts for any jobs needing done.

Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy. Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

Gave an estimate over phone using photographs. As it involved replacing all the flashing on the shared chimney, had to get next doors permission. They had another contractor come in and give a price. Other owner wanted to go with that price.

I have given an average rating for quality because to be fair I do not know the standard of his work. I had to chase a few times to get the initial quote in which when received was significantly over budget. There were a number of different minor tasks within the overall job and so asked for a breakdown of the quote by individual task so that I could assess and prioritise which I should and could afford to have carried out. I never received the breakdown of costs and the job therefore never started.
