A wonderful neat job on replacing a whole roof including batons, felt, membrane, soffiting, facia, gutters and downpipes. Great choice of replacement tiles. Very quick to go to site to quote, including close up photos of problem areas, quick to produce the quote and quick to start the job. Had terrible weather, but made an excellent job and plenty of close up photos again to see the result of the work done. The quote was also the amount charged, not extra, extra extra....!

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.
