Ray and his team did an extensive refurbishment for me in Hackney . I didn’t know him before and took three quotes from other builders as is recommended . His pricing is competitive and he came up with a comprehensive quote . Plus he is an affable chap and seemed trustworthy. So we went ahead . The property refurbished is approx 130 sq m so it was a big job . Initial stages were stripping the property out and removing a huge amount of rubble . work done on my house was so bad that the council told him to stop work and rectify the issue, called my all sorts of names when he got caught out and did not finish the job. do not employ them. I can show you 30 minute video of what state he left my house in, keep demanding money for work and has not competed one single job he has charged me for. stay well clear. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to in order to leave review
