Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. Every part of the service failed resulting in wasted money, time and damage which now needs fixing. Summary: 1. Rubbish removal destroyed new fencing materials. 2. Remaining new panels were damaged with a) rough, unsupported cutting and b) shoddy/misaligned screws 3. Attached horizontal panel when others were vertical. 4. Failed to align heights. 5. Used damaged materials, despite being asked and agreeing NOT to use. 6. Ignored our instruction during work & request to refund. In short a nightmare.

Absolutely fantastic service. We had cracks in our two main bedrooms, hallways and living room that needed repairing whilst we were living in the house with a baby and small child. Tilly got three men on the job to get it all completed asap. The team worked flat out without breaks and got done in 2.5 days (Tilly quoted aprox 3 days). They did over and above what I’d asked them to painting areas they hadn’t even replastered to make the hose look fresh. Tilly quoted & charged very reasonably too.
