Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. APL also organise all site visits with building inspectors to give customers peace of mind and a hassle free service. At M&A we use our own 3D CAD system in order to design any new kitchens we are to supply and install, we can include these in to Architecht plans to give you a visual of the room once completed. All our kitchens are high standard and all our doors we use are FIRA gold approved, we mainly use painted doors but if you want a more of a budget door we can use the vinyl wrap doors. About myself: I have been in the Joinery and building industry for 20 years with a huge vast experience in all trades and I know what to expect from various tradesmen from a finishing point. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. My main trade is joinery but in the 20 years of being in the building game I have gained the experience in each aspect in the building game which has its advantages when project managing a job whilst being on site working. We were worried about finding tradesmen to do our garage conversion as we’ve generally not had a good experience in the past. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space. We had roof lead taken from our property. We asked for a different material to replace it. Richard was most accommodating and did some research towards that, and we were happy with the quote. Especially as it was short notice and over a bank holiday weekend. Really appreciate the work they did, which took longer than perhaps expected, working around the weather needing to be dry. Really good job, and tidied each day before leaving. Definitely would use again, and recommend confidently.

Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
