We specialise in all aspects of the building trade from planning to completion for new builds, one and two storey extensions, complete refurbishments and renovations, loft conversions, new kitchens and new bathrooms. We also undertake remedial works and smaller projects. We pride ourselves on our high quality of workmanship, attention to detail and finish, reliability and above all customer service and satisfaction. All works are insured and quality guaranteed. We are fully qualified expert tradesmen and have over 25 years time served experience specialising in refurbishments and conversions, restoration, extensions and structural alterations working in conjunction with local architects and structural engineers liaising with local Building Control and planning officers. We can provide recommendations and references With a vast photographic portfolio of previous works undertaken locally which have been associated with award winning projects.
I would rate Dean as a master builder. He stepped in when another local builder let us down at the last minute and has been diligent and proved invaluable when we found issues with various aspects of the conversion. An example was the inside wall of the garage was not supported properly and with his help we resolved this. It did add extra time but we had agreed a fixed price so he carried out the work with minimal extra cost. Dean and his team are extremely hardworking and worked through all conditions.

I carry out most building work. I am an experienced builder and carry out full house refurbishments, extensions, demolition, structural alterations including RSJ installation. I have expertise in project managing complete refurbishments and major house renovation projects such as extensions, new kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms. I am skilled in most trades and work with a team of other tradesman who between us can take in all work.

Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
