George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Needed a full rewire excluding kitchen From the moment we first saw James and Anthony, we knew they were the real deal and perfect for the job. It was a relief to have a builder who doesn't take on other jobs at the same time. Mark and Gaz gave a reasonable timeframe and price and stuck to it. We had recently bought the property and ended up asking for considerably more work to be done than was first advertised. This is largely testament to the fact that we had built a trusting relationship with Mark and had peace of mind that the job would get done well and for the price quoted. Yes his banter was terrible at times but you can't have it all!
I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. He completed the job inside 2 hours with a little help from myself to help safely mount each shelf into place. Costa is open, friendly, reliable and able. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

Initially he was ok but quality of work meant I had to keep asking him to come back to fix the work. Difficult to get him back even though work guaranteed for 12 months.
