Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. Came very quickly and completed the job (like-for-like electric shower replacement) satisfactorily, my only gripe is the price/cost. Said it would be about £250 - £350 at the start, on completion of the job the price had gone up to £480 and he wanted it in cash. Not much I could do when the job's finished and the guy's standing in the house wanting to be paid. On reflection I feel I have been overcharged and should have waited for the other responses to come in but needed it doing.

We asked Valon to lay porcelain slabs along the border of our garden. He responded to our request quickly and popped around beforehand to view the garden. His quote was less than anyone else’s and despite allowing one day to complete the work, it took 1.5 days and he didn’t charge us any more. His workmanship was of a high quality and we would highly recommend him. He also undertakes building work as well as gardens so he will definitely be out go to person in future
