One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.

Gaz's company renovated our house (kitchen, new boiler, laminated floor, stairs, banister, electrics and painting etc). Gaz and his team did an amazing job to a very high standard. They are very hard working people and always on time. Gaz is very professional always updated us with what work was next . He gave us good advice. Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.
