He arrived when he said he would, and carried out the work thoroughly and professionally. He included items that we only became aware of after he started, not a problem. Lucas did a fantastic job of sanding, fixing and varnishing our wooden floor in our small back bedroom. He was very professional and friendly and even helped with trying to fix a leak in a water pipe below the floorboard . Kept in constant contact with us too. Very trustworthy. Highly recommended!

I call Phill and sons 3 days ago to fix a leak on my roof. I did have the valley fix by an other roofer but they did not do anything just to take my money. I was a bit suspicious but I was happily surprise when I call Phill who repond to my call very quicly. He is very friendly and most of all very professional. They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.
