Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. The job: make good the kitchen tiling after a boiler replacement. Left of the boiler: tiles replaced. Right of the boiler: old chipped tiles were carefully removed, new tiles were cut to size and replaced. The electric socket was removed for a tidier finish. Additional work was agreed on the day to stick down loose wallcovering near the boiler and replaster. Despite the care taken one old tile cracked during the work and Harvinder has agreed to return to rectify this. Thank you.
