Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

Valleys based property maintenance. Excellent service with clean and tidy ,quick working. All aspects of kitchen fitting, bathroom suites, roof repairs on new roofs, extensions, etc. And most of all my trade has a painting and decorator with wall paper hanging etc .

A couple of things I did mention to Chris for example the edge of the door not painted and the wall behind the bed not enough emulsion on the paper so paper coming away from wall don't mean to be picky but I feel I paid enough money for the job so I would have liked it perfect
The balcony repair lasted just under 3 months before it started cracking & crumbling again. Adam said he would come back & fix it. He stated that the building was moving (!) & could only be patched. A surveyor said there were no signs of subsidence. The paint repair job lasted one month...now cracked & crumbling again with insurers saying cheap materials were used...

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.
