Douglas was a top chap. A very kind and patient man. HMW HOME SERVIVES LTD installed Valliant boiler and pump in my house in November 2022. In February 2024, both the boiler and pump stopped working. British gas and Valliant reported wrong pipework installation drawn the boiler. Hamisi refuse to correct his job as instructed by Valiant and BG. I had to use an other company and pay £1,388.40 to get my boiler back in order. Now trying to get a refund from Hamisi.
