Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

Am a qualified professional plumber for over 15 years and has experienced so much in the work and it all came from the bad I encountered, and because have learned so much I don’t repeat myself making mistakes. A few examples of the work I do are, bathroom fittings, floor laminates, laying of tiles, partitions and toilet drains. All of these achievements are the result of my years of efficiency and hard work. I have nvq level 2 in plumbing and am taking a gas engineering course . Andre and team did a great job with the shed /summerhouse construction, and were very accommodating with the request to build it at short notice ( (within 5 days) and alter the layout of the building to meet our requirements.
