Responded very promptly to my ad and came within days to start the job. They had to order special materials, and Xmas and New Year intervened, but once the holiday was over, they were back at the task. Very professional, covered the carpets and flooring , tidied up everything and did a fantastic job on replacing the floor tiles and shower tray in our bathroom.
