Chris contacted and came to look at our job. This was by no means straightforward we asked Chris to refurbish and woodgrain from scratch doors and wood panelling in our hall stairs and landing. After looking at the job Chris went away and prepared a sample replicating what we already have. It was spot on. His work and reliability second to none. He was here would he said he would be. We are so pleased with Chris's work and highly recommend him. He was neat and tidy he just on with the job.

Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

Steve did a brilliant job from start to finish. He helped me figure out exactly what was needed and then made it happen. He was on time on each visit, and cleaned up after himself. Work completed in a timely fashion and with a friendly and professional attitude.

I would recommend future dealings with Michael and his workmanship is top standard. I'd been messed about by a couple of roofers and builders before. Purcells turned up when they said they would (the same day!) priced everything, got the parts and then did the job to a great standard. They weren't difficult to pay and I can't recommend them highly enough
