Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Fraser and his team recently did some work on our roof. The workers were polite, helpful and did a good job, including the clean-up afterwards. My job was the exterior painting of my house. Between quoting for the job and completion was over a month due entirely to some of the wettest, windiest weather we have had in a long time. I had regular updates from Vince apologising for the weather and as soon as the weather improved Vince was on the job and it was completed promptly to a high standard. A neat and tidy job with all waste taken care of. I would definitely use Vince for any future painting jobs. In short a top quality job at a fair price.
