Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Octavian was very patient for the job to start as it relied on the plaster on an external wall drying. When it did start, he completed what I assumed would be a three day job in two. I do painting,decorating and plastering .I am always dedicated to what I do and have never gotten a bad review . I live in Thorton Heath and have a lot of experience working in people 's houses. I have been working for 9 - 10 years so far.Recently I have been working on someone kitchen and they are amazed by our work.They told me to get it done before a specific amount of time but I got it done before that .The work I do never requires a clean up after.

AVOID THIS SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL. We contracted this person to carry out painting and decorating but the work was so bad we have had to strip back and pay for the work to be completely re-done as well as additional cost to replace woodwork and doors which are too costly to repair. The substandard work included wrong paint type/colours used, lack of correct prep, overspill, fingerprints, patchy paintwork, doors closed whilst paint drying, windows left open after finishing. We are left with a complete mess.
