Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Eltion did a fantastic job of painting my flat. He is the ultimate professional, came to see my as soon as I posted the job to give me a quote and is great at keeping the communication flowing. I went on holiday for a week while he was painting and he would send e daily updates with photos and videos. He even fixed a few of the niggles around the property for me. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.
