Dan was able to provide a quick quote based on photos provided and measurements given. Whilst there were a few initial problems with moving the date he was supposed to come, when he arrived he kept my parents updated as to what he was doing. You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

They did a poor job painting my doors. Three days later the paint is already in a poor state and flaking off. I can share photos showing the state of the door after they finished painting it. They were in a rush to do the whole work in a day. They put wood filler and painted on it before it was dry. I suspect this is why the paint cracked as the filler dried and contracted. They didn't sand the interior side and just painted on top of the old paint. I will have to sand it and repaint it.

Octavian was very patient for the job to start as it relied on the plaster on an external wall drying. When it did start, he completed what I assumed would be a three day job in two. Great workmanship, kept and left everything tidy and my tenants said he was very nice to have around too. Would use his services again!

Great Guy bit of a Comedian but man does he work, starts early does a good job knows his stuff even did some extras for me of his own accord, did different types of jobs all to perfection, clean and tidy, i could not believe i finally found a tradesman i will actually use again, and did not have to keep checking up on his work, J did great work for me, i would RECOMEND him to anybody does a great job at a GOOD price CHEERS MATE see you again SAM.
