John and team did a really good job. He was reliable and always kept in contact which is a plus. He even worked around our working hours so there will be minimal disruption to the business. Work finishing is to a very high standard. We had a fallen ceiling due to damp / water damage from the Flat upstairs. They reinforced the ceiling and redid the coving and painted everything. They did a poor job painting my doors. Three days later the paint is already in a poor state and flaking off. I can share photos showing the state of the door after they finished painting it. They were in a rush to do the whole work in a day. They put wood filler and painted on it before it was dry. I suspect this is why the paint cracked as the filler dried and contracted. They didn't sand the interior side and just painted on top of the old paint. I will have to sand it and repaint it.
